**Role Description**
- Eligibility_
- **Have experience with challenging behaviour (ESSENTIAL)**:

- A relevant certificate III qualification or higher.
- Accreditation to administer medication.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (i.e., have Australian citizenship or hold a valid visa with work entitlements)
- At least 12 months paid experience working as a disability support worker or personal care worker.
- A current: first aid certificate, CPR certificate, police clearance, WWC check & NDIS check.
- Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19.
- An up-to-date resume.
- Duties_
- Direct patient care including assisting patients with their personal care, domestic needs, mobility, meal preparation, and communication needs.
- Driving a small disability van to transport patients to appointments and scheduled activities (as needed - not essential).
- Assisting with the administration of medication.
- Providing mental stimulation to residents and engaging in various fun recreational activities.
- Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Light cleaning duties.
