**About Explorers**:

**Our Educational Leaders**:

- Support the educators in the development, implementation and maintenance of the educational program
- Support the centre management team
- Guide the practice of the educators daily
- Collaborate with the educators to promote an inclusive curriculum
- Collaborate with the educators to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment
- Complete weekly curriculum audits
- Organise and manage the professional development plan for all educators
- Seek and provide development content for all educators
- Develop strong and meaningful relationships with all families and managing the centre ‘ongoing outings’ schedule

**What you can do for us**:

- Educate and guide the team to incorporate an element of ‘beauty’ into the physical environment
- Ability to guide, mentor and manage educators to provide a high-quality educational program
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to energise and motivate the team
- Ability to showcase your passion for the Reggio Emilia approach

**Key requirements**:

- Diploma level Early Childhood education and care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
- Minimum 3 years experience in Long Day Care
- Experience as an Educational Leader highly desirable
- Current First Aid training certificate
- Current Working With Children Check
- Working rights
- Visa / Passport
