Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for all accounts payable duties.

**This includes**:
matching, batching and coding of invoices, reconciliations, processing cheque and EFT payments and preparing reports for the finance team as required.

Although training will be provided, and you will be part of a larger supportive team, this is a fairly autonomous role that requires someone with experience who has the ability to be proactive and self reliant. The AP process will require you to be working on a large ERP software and Excel.

To truly thrive in this challenging and busy role, you will be able to work well autonomously without the need to be micro managed. You will need to be extremely reliable as well as self-motivated and highly results driven. You will need to demonstrate accounts payable experience working in a similar position, ideally for a larger organisation. You will be immediately available and have excellent communication skills.
