We are a very busy Family owned Certified Automotive engineering business that works very closely with Federal and State Transport departments. This is incorporated with a busy mechanical workshop for Mobility equipment installation and Modifications. We are certified Testing facility.

We are looking for a front of house person that can handle a busy reception. We require someone that is confident, a self starter, computer savvy and has a great phone manner.

Must be able to multitask, have people skills, invoicing/data entry experience preferably with XERO.

Must have Drivers license.

Duties will include: Reception customer greeting and information collection, phone answering & messages, appointment bookings, parts ordering, data input, keeping customers updated & general office duties.

We are offering a full time position with opportunity of advancement to the right applicant to become part of a Happy team. A company car will be available after a 3 month trial period.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $71,975.47 per year
