Jacobs is seeking a Maintenance Manger to run all maintenance activities across mission systems and ranges. Working with cutting edge technology, you’ll be key in supporting the ADF’s cyber training objectives. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to provide leadership across varied ICT streams.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Coordinate maintenance and remediation of cyber mission systems and ranges
- Report on cyber range operating states, including IT service performance, hardware serviceability and site connectivity
- Coordinate, monitor and report on the delivery of the cyber terrain development
- Provide guidance on IT maintenance in accordance with maintenance processes and cyber support functions in line with governance, policy and best practice
- Provide guidance and support to technical administrators and engineers in development of cyber terrain tasks
- Work with stakeholders across the business to propose Cyber system design solutions to support business outcomes
- Convey technical support requirements to appropriate target audiences in non-technical roles at across ADF

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience in ICT Administration, Networks, Systems and Testing
- Demonstrated ability in cross pollination of Cyber and ICT steams
- Knowledge of Defence Cyber capability, ICT Hardware, software, infrastructure and facilities
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills
- Holds a current NV1 security clearance as a minimum an NV2 would be preferred
