We are seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to work with our client, a leading telecommunications carrier on a 9-month contract. As a Renewals Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and renewing enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of contracts and agreements, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with enterprise account, sales, pre-sales and delivery teams to identify and renew expiring contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewal process, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Monitor renewal dates and ensure timely renewal of contracts and agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and distributors.
- Work with ICT vendors and distributors in Australia to understand their products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:
