Your role is to **empower, assist, and engage**—helping clients maintain their independence while feeling safe, comfortable, and valued. **Key Responsibilities**: **Daily Household Tasks** - Assist with cooking, laundry, cleaning, and organizing to ensure a safe and tidy home environment. **Transport & Travel** - Support clients in getting to medical appointments, social outings, and community activities, ensuring they remain engaged and connected. **Community Engagement** - Encourage participation in social and recreational activities, promoting confidence, independence, and social well-being. **Outdoor Activities** - Accompany clients on walks, park visits, or outings to help them stay active and enjoy fresh air. **Cleaning & Home Maintenance** - Light household cleaning, organizing, and assisting with essential upkeep to create a comfortable living space. **Appointments & Errands** - Provide support with attending doctor’s visits, therapy sessions, shopping trips, and other essential appointments. **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $35.00 - $77.00 per hour Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Morning shift Licence/Certification: - First Aid Certification (preferred) - Working with Children Check (preferred) - NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred) - National Police Certificate (preferred) - Driver Licence (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Redcliffe WA 6104
