**The Meat & Wine Co Bligh Street**is looking for experienced and dedicated **Restaurant & Reservations** **Hosts**to become part of our professional and hard-working team. As the first point of contact for our restaurant, be the one to stand out with your exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.

**Evening/closing availability needed.**

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 1 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
- Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
- Cash handling and Greeting & Seating experience
- SevenRooms experience an Advantage
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster

We're looking for the right applicant who is passionate about the industry and values being part of a supportive team. Our busy restaurant is conveniently located close to public transport and forms part of a large national group offering continued career growth and development

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
