Sydney CBD Restaurants is currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic hosts/hostesses to join our team. Our restaurants offer exceptional dining experiences and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Manage the waitlist and estimate wait times for guests
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and general cleaning
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as cash handling and reconciling the POS system
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and policies

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and support other team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current NSW RSA certification is a plus
