About the opportunity

As a Centre of Excellence (CoE) Sitecore Solution Lead within our Business Applications practice, you’ll have the opportunity to operate at the forefront of technology, working with some of the best clients in the world, helping to solve some of their most challenging problems. You will also be partnering with our Regional Offering Leads and their teams on pre-sale engagements providing technical expertise oversight, collaborating on customer presentations, supporting RFP responses delivering critical guidance and the highest level of expertise on all things Sitecore.

You love working with clients to help solve their business problems and don’t mind rolling the sleeves up from time to time helping provide technical oversight and guidance.

What skills are we interested in you having?

You revel in success, with a demonstrable track record in leading and growing long term, high value client relationships. You excel at leveraging your interpersonal and communication skills, especially influencing and negotiation, to help you establish, develop, and deliver solutions with key clients.

Internally, you enjoy working across the business, engaging, and educating leadership teams in the development, production, and promotion of solution offerings to grow a technology services line of business. This will also include delivering solutions for client organisations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction.

Technically, you will be a Sitecore lead with demonstrable in-market experience (bonus points to those with a Sitecore certification) with the addition of software engineering expertise across Microsoft technologies. This includes Azure DevOps exposure, full stack development and solution architecture experience within an agile environment.
