**Full-Time position**:

In your new role you will be responsible for ensuring the buildings and common areas are properly maintained visually, efficiently, effectively and safely for the benefit of all lot owners and residents. You must show a commitment to maximise safety for all staff, volunteers, contractors, residents and visitors.

**About the Role**
- Full Time position, Monday to Friday
- Assist the General Manager with a variety of tasks including reporting, Owner Meetings, business planning & training staff members
- Coordinate all Occupational Health and Safety issues and systems, including emergency management planning and contractor management
- Contract management to improve cost effective repairs and maintenance
- Contractor management, conducting tenders & overseeing maintenance
- Manage reactive and preventative maintenance (10 year maintenance plans)
- Administer all building and plant equipment

**About You**
- Previous experience in a busy facilities/property management role across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of building assets, lifecycle and budget management
- Demonstrated experience with contractor management and managing the tender process
- Experience in the accommodation industry & FM Software (highly regarded)
- Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
- Current First Aid certification or willing to obtain
- Valid Driver’s Licence & National Police Check & Working with Children’s check (required)
