Fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service/receptionist to join an established optometry practice at Ascot Optical

This is an amazing opportunity for someone experienced with customer service to join the team and learn new skills

Your responsibilities would include:

- Identify customers eyecare needs
- Provide product recommendations personalised to their requirements
- Ensure customers leave the store with the biggest smiles - not only because of their new glasses but also because of your exceptional inter-personal skills
- Build strong customer relationships
- Work autonomously and be supportive of your team
- Administration tasks including health fund/Medicare claims

To be successful ideally you will have:

- Retail experience in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Sales experience and the ability to build rapport and customer relationships
- The ability to work well within a team and be highly motivated
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience in delivering the highest standards of customer service
