Currently offering Bookkeeping, Admin and Marketing Assistance, looking to expand into Accounting services (therefore, ideal position for an accountant looking to grow with the business). We provide our services to small & medium businesses across multiple industries, all across Australia, focusing mostly on the Gold coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba areas. Due to our quality service and reputation, our team is growing and therefore looking for our next superstar. Our team predominantly utilises Xero, along with Hubdocs, Outlook, OneDrive, Servicem8, Shopify, and more.

Qualifications & experience:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge and experience with Xero
- Attention to detail, initiative and ability to problem solve
- High level of trust, responsibility and confidentiality
- Accounting/Bookkeeping capability required (experience working for a bookkeeping or accounting practice advantageous)
- Proficiency in processing Xero accounts, reconciliations, payroll, and BAS reporting to completion

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Accounts payable/accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly accounts/financial reporting
- Preparation, reconciliation, and lodgement of Payroll, PAYG, IAS, BAS and Superannuation
- Collate information to send to external accountants for preparation of EOY tax returns
- Social media management including content creation
- A variety of other administrative/bookkeeping/accounting tasks as required

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
