our team The work of the Infrastructure Innovation team aligns to 3 core themes: 1. Sectoral leadership - actively seeking to affect change and positively influence others in the infrastructure area, including industry groups and Queensland Government agencies. Current projects include further operationalising the State Infrastructure Strategy and supporting the chair of the Infrastructure Cabinet Committee. 2.

Strategy and policy - creating, owning or contributing to the development of strategies or policies that guide infrastructure planning and decision-making at a whole-of-government level, including supporting frameworks/tools or advice to Government. Current projects include the development of a Net zero emissions infrastructure roadmap and development of an Infrastructure Productivity and Workforce roadmap. 3. Productivity and innovation - working across Queensland Government and with industry to increase productivity and innovation in infrastructure.

Investigating different ways to engage, plan, design, procure, deliver, operate and maintain infrastructure and pursuing impactful change. Current projects and responsibilities include introducing Digital Twins and the Building Information Modelling policy. - One position reports to the Director, Infrastructure Strategy. - One position reports to the Director, Infrastructure Innovation.
