**About the Roles**

McCain Ballarat is looking for a number of individuals to fill a number of casual positions the McCain Warehouse - Cold Storage. You will be part of a highly engaged team working to achieve daily warehouse targets.

**Other Information**
- Competitive hourly rates.
- Start immediately.
- Availability to work across 24-hour/7 day per week shift profile.
- 3+ years’ experience with counter-balance forklifts.
- 3+ years’ experience with reach trucks (preferred, not essential)
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working within a fast paced, distribution environment.
- Experience working in a freezer environment (-18 degrees).
- Experience with double deep and drive-in racking.

**About you**
- Flexibility to perform different roles and be available to work on call.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with the ability to think logically and quickly, sometimes under pressure.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
