We are seeking an
**Employment/Job Brokerage Consultant **to join our
**Melbourne team **You will have the drive to succeed in your career whilst helping people obtain new employment In return we offer

This role would suit someone with tertiary qualifications in Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, or Rehabilitation Counselling. Both new graduates and experienced professionals welcome to apply

**Day to day you will**:

- Use your employment and job brokerage skills to support people with injuries return to work;
- Assist with Labour Market Analysis;
- Learn vocational rehabilitation strategies & processes;
- Develop opportunities & networks with employers for job placement;
- Liaise with and influence hiring managers on behalf of your clients;
- Assist clients with addressing key selection criteria;
- Prepare clients for interviews;
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help our clients find gainful and durable employment.

This is a
**full time, permanent position **however applicants seeking a part time position will also be considered.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in any of the following disciplines: Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, Rehabilitation Counselling, and/or Professional membership with an Australian industry-recognised career development association;
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approach;
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement;
- Excellent written & spoken English language skills (professional fluency);
- Unrestricted drivers licence (own vehicle required).
