**About the Job**:
We are seeking a Diabetes Educator to join our team of Health Assoicates to support team based care in our practice.
This can be either be based on contracted with on a percentage of billings, room hire or employment engagement.
Silky Oaks Medical Practice is a growing fast-paced GP practice on Brisbane’s bayside. We have up to 8 GPs consulting at any one time and have additional Health Associates such as Midwife, Pharmacist, Nurses, and Social Worker supporting patients in our practice. Our admin team is central to a patient’s experience and are valued greatly for the work they contribute to the lives of patients and the work of the practice.
