**To apply, you should have**:

- Minimum of 10 years field experience in an oil field/gas well servicing supervision role
- Current C (car) class driver’s license
- Strong safety orientation
- Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management
- Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
- Decision making ability
- Planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Team player with a great work ethic

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be a leader for safety through your actions and the actions of your personnel
- Champion the company's Vision and Values
- Frontline leadership and coaching
- Adherence with company policies, procedures and quality systems
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and contractual commitments
- Oversee management of all rig and site activities including personnel, equipment, third parties, maintenance, transport and supply chain
- Identify staffing requirements to ensure adequately trained staff are available to conduct operations safely and efficiently
- Organising and management of crews in the field
- Oversee investigations into all incidents
- Developing practices and procedures to ensure consistent execution and safe operations
- Assist Rig Managers with performance management of crews
- Performance management of the Rig Managers
