Working closely with the Head of Manufacturing the CNC Operator will be responsible for the commencement of all projects in the factory cutting and manufacturing, preparing materials for items sent to the machine, arranging items ready for custom work and finishing.

**Essential knowledge skill and experience**
- Construction white card
- Greater than 2 years post apprenticeship trade experience
- Experience in CNC Machine operating ( Masterwood Preferable )
- Trouble shoot and identify errors or adjustments required to custom joinery
- Assist in the training and development of apprentices
- High attention to detail
- Good time management to maintain production timelines

**Desirable knowledge skill and experience**
- Trade qualification - Certificate III in Cabinet Making
- Knowledge of Cabinet Making software preferred ( Cabinet Vision )
- Previous experience in installation of custom joinery preferred
- Drivers licence preferred

Forklift licence preferred

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
