**Your Role on the Night**:
As a Security Officer, you’ll play a key part in making New Year’s Eve unforgettable. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly customer service and event guidance
- Managing entry and exit points for crowd control
- Enforcing event entry policies
- Guiding and directing crowd flow
- Monitoring behavior and ensuring RSA compliance
- Responding to and reporting incidents
- Securing restricted areas and protecting event assets
- Maintaining detailed logs and incident reports

**What We’re Looking For**:
We need committed team members who:

- Are available to work on New Year’s Eve
- Hold a valid NSW Security License (1A)
- Are certified in First Aid (current)
- Are RSA certified in NSW
- Have strong customer service experience
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Are professionally presented, reliable, and punctual
