**Your Role in the Celebration**

As a Security Officer, you’ll be at the heart of the New Year’s festivities, playing a critical role in maintaining a safe environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Offering friendly customer service and event guidance
- Managing entry and exit points for crowd control
- Enforcing event entry policies
- Directing and guiding crowd flow
- Monitoring behaviour and ensuring RSA compliance
- Responding to and reporting incidents
- Securing restricted areas and protecting event assets
- Maintaining detailed logs and incident reports
- Available to work on New Year’s Eve
- Holders of a valid NSW Security License (1A)
- Certified in First Aid (current)
- RSA Certified in NSW
- Experienced in customer service
- Skilled in communication (both verbal and written)
- Professionally presented, reliable, and punctual
