The City of Melville has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to provide Building Surveyor expertise within the Building and Environmental Heath Services Team.

**About you**

You are an enthusiastic self-starter who works well in both team and individual with:

- Previous experience in a building surveyor role
- Demonstrated experience in investigating, researching and reporting of building matters
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations, R Codes, Local Law and Policy

Essential qualifications and licences of the role:

- Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- White card - Desirable
