The Data and Digital Group provides the data, infrastructure, and systems to underpin the Bureau’s core operations, from measurement and collection through to production and dissemination. The Group ensures that data is managed at a whole-of-enterprise level along the full value chain from the observations network through to the high-performance computation needed to generate forecasts and downstream products and services.

The Observing Systems and Operations (OSO) Program is responsible for operation, sustainment, and life-cycle management of the Bureau's observing networks.

The position of Program Support Lead sits within Observing Systems Support and Transformation (OSST) Team, reporting directly to the Manager, Observing Systems Support.
OSST provides supporting functions, services and transformational activities within the OSO
Program. The role will require strong problem solving and communication skills and excellent
attention to detail.
