**About Our Client**:
We are partnering with a leading recycling waste business that specialises in collecting paper, plastic and cardboard to give it a second life They have been operating since 2002 and have earned an industry leading reputation in the business environment industries. As the leader in the recycling industry, they offer quality products with premium prices and services through their network of packing facilities and on going mill relationships.

The main responsibilities of the **Import/Export Documentation Officer **is to offer great customer service with 3LP transport companies, external stakeholders such as shipping lines and truck drivers. You will be responsible for organising rates directly to shipping companies, accurately entering data into specific software platforms, arranging bookings of containers across multiple APR sites and answering any incoming phone calls from stakeholders and customers.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience of one year in a similar role.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail whilst still maintaining quality.
- High problem solving capabilities.
- The ability to work mostly on your own with support from other team members.
- Be able to manage time and priorities tasks.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
- Knowledge of recycling industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
