**THE ROLE**

Feel secure in a permanent ongoing FULL TIME role, while working from the comfort of your own home

As part of the Customer Solutions team, you will be the first point of contact for all of our customers who call into our contact centre, meaning the types of calls they get in a day are nice and varied - There is never a dull moment

You will have experience working with customers and understand the importance of active listening and empathy. We encourage you to give us an opportunity to see what you have that differentiates you, and what you can bring to our high performing Contact Center.

**It runs on a rotating roster, working between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm, all from your own home**

Owned by the Mighty Snowy Hydro, together we play an important role in the Hunter Valley community.

Snowy Hydro has started construction on the Hunter Power Project in Kurri Kurri. This project will deliver on demand, fast-start capability to ensure energy security, as large coal fired power stations are retired. The project will play a vital role in the transition to renewables, investing over $800 million into the Hunter economy and will create over 600 jobs in the Hunter Valley region.
