**About the role**

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- ** Collect samples (blood and non-blood) with care and attention**:

- ** Keep meticulous records for every patient and sample**:

- ** Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing**

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- ** Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection, diploma of nursing, or relevant experience**:

- ** Show a high level of empathy, communication, and customer service**:

- ** Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills**:

- ** Confidence and ability to work autonomously and within a small team**:

- ** Flexible to work extra hours to cover leave at other surrounding areas**
