Sandhurst Fine Foods is seeking an experienced Storeperson / Fork Lift Driver for pick packer work at our brand new warehouse in Truganina.

**Your responsibilities**:
This permanent position involves general storeman duties ie: picking & packing customer orders on day-to-day basis. If you have worked in a food industry/warehouse before, consider yourself physically fit to work in a warehouse environment, and have forklift experience, this position could be for you. Some work will be required in the coolroom/chiller.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday reporting into the Warehouse Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing products on pallets ready for delivery to customers
- Using forklift to load pallets
- Using voice recognition WMS system (Navigator)
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Attaching correct location stickers on orders
- Assisting in stocktake where required.
- Paperwork and documentation
- General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Current forklift license (required). Reach Forklift experience desirable.
- Ability to lift cartons to 25 kilos capacity and stack onto pallets
- Have prior experience working in a busy fast moving warehouse environment.
- Previous experience operating a high reach forklift (would be preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work flexible work hours as start/finish time may vary.
- Exposure to WMS Voice recognition systems (Navigator)
- Safe working practices

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
