Boeing Aerostructures Australia is Australia’s leading designer and manufacturer of composite flight control Components for commercial aircraft. We are renowned for our collaborative and supportive working environment and for the incredibly high calibre of our people.

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Integration Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role you will be involved the integration of new or modify plan and equipment into the sustaining maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and asset availability to the operations teams. You will also support the development of maintenance and Facilities improvement programs in order to improve the overall reliability of plant and equipment within the Facility.

This role will support the development of the total productive maintenance continuous improvement programs and provide the necessary data to develop the maintenance and Facilities key performance indicators. This role reports to the Plant and Equipment Manager.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- The integration of new critical asset into the maintenance sustaining programs and critical plant and equipment into the asset life cycle programs
- The implementation of the maintenance asset integration program associated with the new or modified assets
- The integration of critical plant and equipment into the computerized maintenance management system (Maximo)
- Undertake preventative maintenance effectiveness reviews on new assets and modify and adjust as required
- Support the development and implementation of the trade PM training programs against standard PM work programs
- Support the integration of preventative maintenance programs into the maintenance contract through the scope variation process
- Support the monthly asset pipe line compliance review programs with our SSS project team
- Maintains awareness of code adherence and provides status to management of any identified issues
- Provide scope and cost information on new or modified preventative and Autonomous maintenance programs
- Provides technical expertise in the evaluation of products or equipment and makes recommendations

**Basic Qualification’s (Required Skills / Experience)**:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant technical qualifications and experience in maintenance and facilities within a manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of building codes regulations, safety procedures and able to determine any non-conformance issues
- Demonstrated ability to interpret highly complex detailed drawings and diagrams of plant and equipment
- Extensive knowledge in all aspects of repair and maintenance of plant and facilities utilities systems including electrical, gas, fire, town water, storm water and compressed air systems
- Experience in implementing and development of condition and reliability based maintenance programs with knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Experience in project management and reporting as well as maintenance and Facilities budget and resource management
- Experience in data analysis, planning and forecasting using an asset management system (Maximo & Cognos preferable)
- Strong computer based skills in Microsoft Office products
