About the Role

Would you like to work in a brand-new state of the art building? If yes, then this opportunity is for you - As a Registered Nurse you will deliver holistic care for residents that prioritizes health, wellbeing, and community connection to support the changing needs of residents.

**Your Contribution**
- Ensure the delivery of comprehensive care and individual case management to residents according to the organizational clinical framework and care model
- Ensure Care Partners are effectively delivering and coordinating care, everyday activities, and interventions that promote resident well-being and meaningful engagement.
- Coach care staff to deliver to deliver high quality care and develop skills/knowledge gaps
- Proactively contribute to the development of a high engagement, high performance team culture
- Ensure regular and effective liaison with resident’s advocates in a way that promotes understanding and trust.
The Essentials

What You Bring
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations and evidence based best practice relevant to aged care.
- Align with our values of Kindness, Integrity, Connection and Optimism
- Ability to lead a team of care staff
- Clinical assessment skills and commitment to best practice
- Organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A current Criminal History Check (within the last three years) suitable for aged care (or willing to obtain)
