Join a growing property maintenance business making a big difference in the Brisbane region. As a team member you will be responsible for maintaining a large variety of lawns and gardens ranging from small to large facilities. We have a number of junior roles and a senior role position available.

The Role

The services you will provide include pruning and hedging, mowing and edging, pest and disease treatment, weed control, planting, mulching and more.

We are looking for diligent employees with a high attention to detail, someone who enjoys working in the outdoors and can work through all weather conditions. We have a great friendly team and we're looking for someone who will add a positive and diverse experience to the team.

For the senior role, you will need to be to identify additional works where required and report back to your Manager.

Skills and Experience
- (For Senior Role) Qualifications and/or experience in horticulture parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
- High work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience in operation of a range of mowers, and small plant equipment
- (For Senior Role) Use professional horticultural techniques in accordance with approved plans, policies and hours allocated
- A clear commitment and understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment systems
- A Current manual Drivers licence and experience driving with a trailer.
- Excellent communication skills with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Physically fit and able to complete manual tasks 8 hours a day 5 days a week
- Confident working in a team and solo when required
- Be fluent in English, verbally and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Business is based in Arana Hills - Brisbane Northside QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Senior Role - Grounds Maintenance: 3 years (required)
- Junior Roles - Some experience required and willing to put on as apprentice in Horticulture

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
