We are seeking qualified Air-Con and Refrigeration Service Technicians to work and live in Queensland Australia. Visa Sponsorship on offer.

**About The Company**

Cold Front Air Conditioning has been established since 2012 and due to continued growth, we are looking to establish new crews based in Ipswich and the surrounding suburbs. Cold Front carry out installation of both ducted and split air conditioning systems from leading brands such as Daikin, Fujitsu and Braemar for some of Queensland’s Major home builders.

**The Role**

Some of the daily tasks required include:

- Providing general Air Conditioning & Refrigeration repairs and services including routine maintenance
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to Australian OHS standards
- Work with apprentices, assisting to guide them through their development
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Installations and swap overs as required

**About You**
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written (a must have) IELTS highly valued
- Strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of performing general maintenance
- Installation and repairs on residential and commercial systems
- Fault Finding
- Experience in Air-Con and Refrigeration a must

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Trade qualification - in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Strong English proficiency
- Current Refrigerant Handling License
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers
- Excellent fault finding skills
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- To be available for overtime as required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass Police check
- Understanding of safe work practices

Note: Wage is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

A probation period will apply.
