Head of Data Products Operation & Optimisation

**How will I help?**

Working directly with the Group Head of IMDO, this role provides strategic guidance, leads and directs the development and delivery of the Group's operating model and guidelines related to information management. This includes robust guidelines that connects/leverages existing policies, standards, and processes for better management of all data in Westpac (which includes CDEs and non-CDEs).

Specifically, this role is to:

- Drive the design, implement and embedment of the Data Product Operating Model which includes governance processes, ownership, sharing agreements, controls (common & central), in line with, and whilst adhering to, relevant policies and standards;
- Drive the design, implement and embedment of the Information Management (~3 year) roadmap;
- Drive any changes that are required in the Data Management Operating System (DM-OS) so that all data is managed consistently across Westpac;
- Provide a test and trial BAU environment to manage Data Products in accordance with subsection (a) above, until the operating model reaches a maturity similar to CDE management;
- Manage and direct programs/projects that are delivering governance arrangements around Data Products; and
- Design, implement and embed data debt management processes.

**What do I need?**
- Advanced level of Data Platforms knowledge from technical perspective
- Experience within the Architecture space
- Strong Stakeholder management
- End to End Project/Program Management experience
