We’re seeking a Service Manager Indigenous Connections** **to lead the team of Indigenous Connections Coaches.

Reporting to the National Manager, Operational Support Programs you will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of Indigenous Connections Coaches across the country.
- Supporting, coaching, and giving strategies to Indigenous Connections Coaches to assist our clients into sustainable employment.
- Supporting Indigenous Connections Coaches to assist our clients with the transition into employment through supported interviews and first day and week support.
- Ensuring each Employment Region has relationships with Indigenous organisations to refer our clients to.

**The location of this role is flexible from any of our offices in South Australia, Western Australia or New South Wales.**
**Qualifications** Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to lead a team remotely - including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indigenous culture
