**Primary Purpose**:

- Undertaking of an emergency support or incident management role, via a defined ‘operational’ on-call roster, with the potential to be re-called under emergency situations, to enable the provision of emergency service activities by CFS to the community. Whilst undertaking such operational roles, personnel will be required to work in emergency situations, which may include day, afternoon, night, or extended shifts.
- Provide a range of complex and specialised business, administrative, project and management support services to develop, support and enable the implementation and further development of an effective and complete Asset Management System.
- Provide an efficient, responsive, and professional point of contact for Corporate Asset Management related matters to internal clients.
- Directly support the CFS in the delivery of the Asset Management systems, asset management framework, policies, and procedures, including the cleansing of asset datasets.
- Implement and monitor compliance of SA Government, Sector and Agency business rules, policies, and procedures, acting on variations and providing recommendations as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain effective, productive, and positive partnering relationships with staff, volunteer and supplier/contractors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes, including the monitoring of KPI’s and actions derived from projects/programs of work.
- Review and analyse asset management workflows, processes, and procedures, identify service gaps and develop suggestions and recommendations that enhance operational and business service delivery.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and education to end users of the asset management system.
- Prepare a range of project related documents and reports related to the outcomes of the Asset Management program of works.
