As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team and lead our café to new heights.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality in coffee preparation and presentation.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service, product knowledge, and café procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the same role within a specialty coffee environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and latte art.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understanding of inventory control and cost management.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
