Reporting into the Maintenance & Integrity Superintendent you will assist the operations team with administrative tasks including cost tracking, data compilation and scheduling. This is a contract position working 16 hours per week for an approximate duration of 6 months.
**Main responsibilities**
Interfacing Operations Team, in particular field supervisors and surface equipment engineers you will manage the Operations Teams** Computer Maintenance Management System**, providing day to day planning and scheduling report to field operations, while continually improving service deliverables and content. In particular:
- Drive maintenance planning change through the operations business unit. Liaise with supervisors and mechanics in the field.
- Run the end-to-end work management process.
- Deliver frequency based planning meetings.
- Manage frequency, based maintenance plan creation.
- Manage emerging work orders and project planning CMMS assistance.
- Approve and schedule work orders within authority level.
- Engage operations personnel and associated vendors to ensure compliance to plan.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across work management.
- Review work orders for completeness, accuracy, define gaps and mitigate.
- Provide training within the CMM system and work management process.
- Creation, development and report, of ongoing KRA and KPI items.
- Ensure best practice within the maintenance management and scheduling deliverable.
**Key Skills & Experience**
- Relevant technical trade training/experience, mechanical / electrical / operations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas onshore operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations team, maintenance / scheduling role.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling and work management practices and principles.
- Prior experience in using a computer-based CMMS, UpKeep, MEX, SAP, Maximo or similar.
- Operations personnel and vendor engagement.
- Creation and development of ongoing KRA and KPI items.
- Broad understanding of the onshore oil and gas industry.
- Capacity to travel to remote locations as required.
- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft packages, in particular excel and Outlook.
- Open Australian Car Driving license
