**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Program Controls Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning/scheduling functions for concurrent water infrastructure, and utilities projects in the western suburbs.
You will be responsible for the management and creation of detailed build programs that accurately reflect the conditions of the contract, plans and specifications; monitoring and updating the construction/capital works programs on the projects and providing guidance where necessary to the engineering staff in their programming requirements
**What you will need**
- Demonstrated experience as a Planner with relevant hands on project planning; experience in an M&E/civil/utilities infrastructure project delivery, construction environment
- Solid water infrastructure experience
- Expert in Primavera P6 (5 years+ experience)
- Expert in cost-loading / profiling, EVM, EOT analysis and schedule compression techniques
- Great technical/analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound specialist advice based on best practice and project conditions.
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills
