**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join their team in Parramatta. This is an estimated 4 month temporary assignment, with the potential to extend.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong client and agency relationships to ensure responsive advice, service delivery, and client relationships are maintained at optimal levels, striving to determine, mitigate, and resolve client concerns proactively in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate the implementation of modification and enhancement of systems and processes that align with the best practice for continuous improvement in service delivery as instructed by management.
- Deliver a range of mail services including mail delivery and collection, mail opening and sorting/scanning, courier services, and secure mail services to ensure that services are provided to clients in accordance with service partnership arrangements.
- Provide messenger services which include Parliament, Cabinet deliveries, and delivery of newspapers.
- Actively participate and cooperate as part of the mail services team, including participating in mail projects, such as courier contract implementations and digital mailroom to ensure client needs are met and that deliveries and collections are well supported.
- Provide support in the collection of data and production of reports to ensure management and client needs are met.
- Ensure the confidentially of all mail services records and the integrity of data in a secure and accurate manner in accordance with Government and departmental policy.

- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task competing deadlines/timeframes.

**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated diligence in the delivery of high-level service and advice for stakeholders concerning mail and courier services issues, procedures and control systems
- Previous experience within a complex/sensitive environment
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
