AirTrunk is a technology company with a powerful purpose - to scale and sustain the relentless growth of the region's digital future. We do this by continuously redefining and delivering hyperscale data centres that meet the needs of our customers, the world's most transformational companies. And we're doing so sustainably, for today and tomorrow.

Having opened Australia's first and largest hyperscale data centres in 2017, we set our eyes on rapid expansion and now operate a platform of hyperscale data centres across the APJ region. With backing from our investors, including Macquarie Group, this is just the beginning

Join us at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.

As the PMO Manager reporting directly to the Head of Projects, you will work closely across all AirTrunk teams, making your mark in a number of ways:

- Lead the PMO function of asset delivery projects across AirTrunk's rapidly expanding APJ footprint
- Define, implement and refine the program management framework used to deliver AirTrunk's end-to-end project life cycle (including acquiring, designing, developing, through to operating data centres)

Own the PMO function at AirTrunk across APAC & champion the resistance to change

Please note, this is a 14-month contract.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Establish project controls, stage gates, checkpoints, reporting and governance standards
- Provide support, reporting and escalation functions for all AirTrunk's asset delivery projects
- Oversee the project delivery process architecture and lead business process improvement initiatives for acquiring, designing and developing data centres
- Report on key project metrics including time, cost, and quality measures
- Supervise and report on the progress of AirTrunk's site selection, design, and development activities across all APAC markets
- Facilitate project and portfolio reviews to ensure adequate partner engagement and executive oversight
- Facilitate lessons learnt across all aspects of project design and delivery
- Work cross-functionally across the business to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities
- Develop Business Intelligence dashboards

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years' experience leading or in a PMO, with a data centre or large infrastructure development/construction company, ideally across APAC
- Proven ability to stand up, manage and refine PMOs processes
- Project/Program Management Certification (Prince2, PMI etc) and/or a Bachelor's degree in project management or engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- History of successful stakeholder management
- Experience with Smartsheet software is a plus
- Excited about helping to grow a scale up in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
