**Key Responsibilities include**
- Spot cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and amenities,
- Emptying swarf bins, general waste bins, recycling bins
- Stocking up bathroom consumables
- Stocking up tea, coffee stations,
- Blowing debris away from outside areas,
- Hosing down buildings,
- Cleaning internal walls,
- General tree pruning and yard tidying,
- Painting of internal office and amenity spaces when required
- Picking up goods from local suppliers
**The successful applicant must have**
- Forklift Licence
- Class C Drivers Licence + Reliable transport etc.
- Be able to pass pre-employment medical & drug screen
- Ability to work in a high-volume team environment
- Physical ability to undertake labour intensive duties
