**Your new company**
Hays Legal has partnered with a leading organisation in the Infrastructure space to recruit for a Risk and Compliance Specialist. You will be working with highly qualified professionals specialising to take the lead on reporting requirements.

**Your new role**
In this role, you will identify commercial and contractual risks across contracts. In addition, you will:

- Deliver detailed risk analysis reports and provide pragmatic and commercial risk management advice
- Provide assurance on the effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework and support the maintenance of an effective risk management framework
- Challenge and review the design and operating effectiveness of key controls

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this position, you will have:

- Qualifications in Business, Law, Commerce
- Previous experience in assisting in a risk and compliance role
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Highly effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
