Pretty Little We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Host/Sommelier for our intimate wine bar, Pretty Little. The right person will be energetic and passionate about creating the very best experience for our guests, with lots of great chat We love our local community in Balaclava and need the right person to continue to build our relationship with regular and new diners. A background in wine is essential, as creating and reviewing the wine list in collaboration with the Head Chef is a key part of this role. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE: - Experience as a restaurant Host or Sommelier - Passionate about exceeding guest expectations - A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Ability to wear many ‘hats’ in a small business environment - Excellent attention to detail - Outgoing personality and a passion for customer service - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Extensive wine knowledge and interest in the wine industry ABOUT PRETTY LITTLE Designed to feel like you are at a good friend’s dinner party, Pretty Little is a long-table communal wine bar and dining room. We serve a seasonal, produce driven menu from a small open plan kitchen. To accompany our local seasonal menu, we offer an all-Australian beverage and all-Victorian wine list.
