**The role**
We are seeking a driven and safety-focused Site Services Team Leader to join our inclusive team at Cockburn Cement’s Munster operation in WA. This permanent full-time role operates on a family-friendly 14-day rotating day shift roster.
In this diverse role, you’ll lead the General Services shift team to deliver safe and efficient product loading, and oversee compliance and operations across quarries, stockpiles, and waste areas. A strong focus on health, safety, environment, quality control, and people leadership will be essential to driving operational outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and support the General Services shift team through daily task supervision, toolbox meetings, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee the safe and compliant operation of quarries, raw material stockpiles, and waste areas.
- Manage product loading and the efficient allocation of bulk material deliveries.
- Execution of maintenance program and supervision of contractors related to site services.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace culture.
**What you will need to succeed**
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within manufacturing, mining, or production environments.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- A Restricted Quarry Manager’s Certificate or higher (highly regarded).
- Rail Safety Worker certification or rail operations experience (highly regarded).
