We are looking for a Lead Educator
- Diploma Qualified or Working Towards to join our FRK Gatton Team 5 days per week. Our Centre is loaded with resources and a talented team that loves learning and growing just as much as the children we care for. We are looking for our next super star to build on these amazing traits.

Free range kids Early Learning Centre is a privately owned small group of Long Day Care Services located in the Lockyer valley. We cater for children from 6 weeks through to School age. Free range Kids Educators are well supported at our centre by our fabulous Director, as well as frequent visits from our Senior Management team for programming and practice support and training.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

- A Diploma or currently working towards
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework including EYLF/QKLG
- Be confident at the implementation of outstanding programming and experiences for children.
- A current Blue Card or Exemption
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate OR be willing to obtain.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team with passionate and dedicated professionals.
- An established personal philosophy that supports the growth of children as individuals
- A love of fun and innovative learning
- Availability to work a range of shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm, 5 days per week.

- Paid on and off-site training.
- Paid first aid (including CPR / Anaphylaxis / Asthma), Child Protection Course, Fire / Food Safety and WHS provided.

- An established realistic approach to documentation that reduces the load and stress for educators whilst MEETING outcomes of the NQS.

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
