**Surrey Hills Stanley Terrace**
We are situated on Stanley Terrace, just off Canterbury Road, which is only a 4-minute tram from Surrey Hills Train Station. Our Centre is constructed over three levels with beautiful outdoor spaces on each floor, as well as rooftop gardens. The children are surrounded by beautiful natural resources - both indoors and outdoors - and we believe in encouraging children to learn more about the local community through regular excursions. We are a warm and welcoming team that reward enthusiasm and dedication.

**Lead Educator**
- Work collaboratively and lead a team of Educators
- Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children
- Demonstrate meaningful relationships with children, families and your peers
- Lead the planning of your team and be their first contact
- Delegate tasks to ensure all the Educators can learn and grow
- Support and mentor your team

**Key Requirements for a Lead Educator**
- Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method
- Experience in long day care or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid Training certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Working rights - Visa / Passport
