Product Commercialisation Specialist

**Your Impact**
The Product Commercialisation Specialist is responsible for the Project Management of all NPD projects initiated by the Commercial and/or Supply business functions and has accountability for these projects to be executed on time, in full, and on budget throughout the end-to-end Supply Chain.
Due to the large volume of activities in the pipeline, our team is expanding. We are looking for a team player with first class communication skills and the ability to cope with a rapidly changing landscape. We are fast paced and as such it is critical that you possess the ability to work in an agile manner across a dynamic business environment.
You will lead and manage a portfolio of NPD/product changes and commercialisation projects across the Alcohol Business Divisions. Your role is integral in leading cross functional intersections & engagement between Supply and non-Supply Stakeholders, both internal and external.
**Note** - This role is a 6-moth fixed term contract
**About you**
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects concurrently, have a thirst for learning and importantly be a great team player who can work autonomously and as part of a team. Ideally, you will also have:
- Minimum 5 Years Cross-Functional FMCG Experience across Supply Chain (Warehousing/Manufacturing/Customer Service & Logistics) functions
- Proven project management experience and process knowledge
- Strong commercial acumen
- Negotiating and Influencing skills
- Ability to work (and win) within teams
Process creation and continuous improvement initiatives are also a key accountability of this position.
