What this job involves
The Marketing Coordinator will be providing assistance and support to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team Lead - Digital servicing to support the delivery of marketing activity for the centre.
The primary focus is to develop and implement tactical elements to address the strategic intent of the centre’s marketing plan to increase market share and maximise both retail sales & visitation.

**Key duties**:
Manage, execute and implement campaigns, promotions and activities as per the marketing plan.
Ensure the centre maintains high levels of presentation
Establish relationships with the retailers and encourage maximum participation in centre promotions and events
Assist with reporting and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Centre Newsletter - formulate, produce and distribute a regular monthly newsletter as a communication tool between Centre Management and the Retailers
Administration - maintain and upkeep all administrative systems and duties including but not limited to filing, preparation of relevant documents, raising purchase orders and accounts payable
Digital Marketing - assist the Marketing Team Lead - Digital with basic content updates, responding to social media comments and scheduling when required.

Desired experience and technical skills

Required
Background in Marketing. Public Relations or Events Management with a degree in marketing or related discipline.
Self-motivated, confident and energetic
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good organisational and planning skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work on multiple projects at one time and conflicting demands
Is a team player - able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets.
A positive approach to meeting client’s needs whilst managing tenant expectations

Preferred
Property experience in a retail environment would be well regarded, as would a demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing & brand positioning strategies
A working knowledge of all traditional, digital and social media/relationship marketing tools

**Excellent computer skills**: proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
