**About the role**

(Organisation Title - National Operations Support)

As the Operations Administration Officer you will be responsible for the coordination and development of all corporate service systems, processes, reporting tools and coordination of key projects.

You are someone that thrives in a fast paced customer service environment with the ability to multitask. You are a highly motivated self-starter, professional in your approach with great communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee Quality, WHS and ESG management and improvement systems; including process and policy documentation and distribution, collation and presentation of incident, waste, recycling, energy and carbon emission initiatives and statistics.
- Maintain Facilities, Fleet and Asset management systems; including maintenance of asset and facilities registers and preventative maintenance schedules, vehicle tracking systems, site specific WHS and process documentation.
- Ensure internal and external reporting requirements are met, presenting reports and findings to the GM Logistics, WHS and ESG Operations and other attendees at scheduled meetings
- Lead and direct corporate services projects as required, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of project progression and requirements

**Skills & experience**
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- Experience creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including cross departmental involvement
- High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including listening, empathising, building rapport, negotiating and influencing
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently, autonomously and with limited supervision
