We are a fun, young, dynamic team looking for a Medical Receptionist with excellent customer service skills. We are a private speech pathology practice based in Montrose. Our business hours are 8.30-5.30pm, Monday-Friday.

We are seeking a receptionist to work Monday mornings and Tues/Wed/Thurs afternoons specifically (with a small amount of flexibility for a suitable applicant).

The following criteria are essential:

- Meet and Greet patients in a friendly/helpful manner.
- Be able to multitask, we are a very busy clinic.
- Terrific telephone skills/well-spoken and able to communicate with other team members.
- Enthusiastic to make this a long-term position
- Ability to make appointments and accurately enter data
- Advanced Typing Skills
- Attention to detail
- Courteous, Responsible, Empathetic and Trustworthy
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Available Monday mornings and Tues/Wed/Thurs afternoons
- Prior medical or allied health experience is desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
