Medical Receptionist

**We are searching for a Reliable, Motivated and Hard-Working Medical Receptionist to join our Amazing Team/s.**
- Please note that this is for a casual position between both SIA Medical Centre Montrose and SIA Medical Centre Croydon. _

As a Medical Receptionist, most of your primary duties will be Front Reception; and therefore a caring approach towards patients, a great phone manner and basic administrative and computer skills are required.

**The following experience will be highly regarded (but none are required)**:

- Medical receptionist or Healthcare Industry experience
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously;
- Strong communication skills;
- Billing & process patient accounts;
- General administrative duties as required;
- Experience of **Pracsoft** and **Medical Director** is preferable but not essential;
- Knowledge of medical terminology, and medical billing
- Ability to handle a high pressure environment and understanding of privacy and confidentiality in a health care setting is a required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.74 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Medical Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
